* National Bank of Canada Executive Vice President of Personal-Commercial Banking and Marketing Diane Giard intends to retire.
Lucie Blanchet will become executive vice president of personal banking and marketing, and Stéphane Achard will become executive vice president of commercial banking and insurance.
Blanchet currently serves as senior vice president of distribution, solutions and processes, while Achard is senior vice president of commercial banking, Canada and International.
Also, the Montreal-based bank said that Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Lynn Jeanniot intends to retire. Executive Vice President of Operations Brigitte Hébert will become executive vice president of human resources, corporate affairs and operations.
These changes will take effect June 4.
* Nancy Allen was appointed to the Spokane, Wash.-based Northwest Bancorp. Inc.'s and unit Inland Northwest Bank's board to fill the vacancy left by Byron Wernz.
Allen is vice president of real estate and general counsel for Stay Alfred.
Wernz served as the president and CEO at Fairfield Financial Holdings Corp. and Bank of Fairfield, which Northwest acquired in 2015, SNL records show.
* Oklahoma City-based BancFirst Corp. appointed Scott Martin to its board.
His term will expire at the annual meeting of shareholders in May, at which time he will stand for re-election.
Martin was a principal shareholder and chairman of First Wagoner Corp. and First Chandler Corp., which BancFirst recently acquired.
* City National Bank, which is opening a new Washington, D.C., regional center, said that the team at the center includes Robin Burton, Juan Jara, Christopher Ragheb, as well as Chris Hartman, who recently joined the Royal Bank of Canada unit.
Burton joined City National Bank in 2016.
Hartman was named senior vice president and private banker. Jara will serve the new regional center as manager and senior vice president with personal and business banking. Ragheb is a senior vice president and the commercial banking market manager.
* Richard Phillips is set to retire from the boards of Randolph Bancorp Inc. and unit Randolph Savings Bank, effective at the Stoughton, Mass.-based company's annual meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 21.
There are no disagreements between the company and Phillips.
Phillips owns and operates Town Spa Family Restaurant.
* I. Norris Kantor, director of Bluefield, Va.-based First Community Bancshares Inc. and subsidiary First Community Bank, is set to retire as a board member, effective April 24.
Kantor is currently a counsel with the law firm of Katz Kantor Stonestreet & Buckner PLLC, SNL records show.
* Milena Schaefer was appointed to the respective boards of Millington, N.J.-based MSB Financial Corp. and subsidiary Millington Bank.
She has been appointed to the class of directors, the term of which expires at the 2020 annual meeting.
Schaefer is the senior vice president of strategic accounts for PVH Corp.
* Jarvis Hollingsworth has been nominated for election to the Cullen/Frost Bankers Inc. board.
The San Antonio-based company's shareholders will hold their annual meeting on April 25.
Hollingsworth is a partner in the Bracewell LLP law firm.
* Mark Schlosser intends to retire from the board of Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania at the expiration of his current term on April 17, when the Souderton, Pa.-based company's 2018 annual meeting of shareholders will be held.
His retirement did not result from a disagreement on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices.
Schlosser is the current secretary and treasurer and former president of Schlosser Steel Inc. and current president of Schlosser Steel Buildings Inc., SNL records show.
* Hector Flores joined the board of Las Cruces, N.M.-based Western Heritage Bank, a subsidiary of New Mexico First Financial Inc.
Flores is a cardiovascular surgeon.
* Manitowoc, Wis.-based Investors Community Bank appointed Vicki Leinbach to its board.
She will also be nominated to serve on the board of County Bancorp Inc., the bank's parent, at the 2018 annual shareholders meeting on May 15.
Leinbach is chief information officer at Ariens Co. Inc.
* Glacier Bank division Mountain West Bank promoted Besse Bailey to senior vice president, The Coeur d'Alene (Idaho) Press reported.
Bailey has been with Mountain West Bank since 2007.
Glacier Bank is a unit of Glacier Bancorp Inc.
