Snam SpA on Sept. 5 issued a two-tranche fixed-rate note totaling €1.1 billion under its €10 billion medium-term notes program.
The offering consists of €500 million of its 0% notes due May 12, 2024, and €600 million of its 1% notes due Sept. 12, 2034. The notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
Snam said that this increases the maturity of its medium-to-long term debt by about 0.7 years to over 5.5 years.
Banca IMI, Barclays, BNP Paribas, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley, NatWest, Société Générale and UniCredit served as joint book runners.
