Virgin Money Holdings issues £500M bond

Virgin Money Holdings (UK) PLC issued international bonds totaling £500 million, Cbonds reported.

The floating-rate notes mature March 22, 2024, and carry a Sterling Overnight Index Average rate plus 0.7% coupon.

BNP Paribas, HSBC, RBS, Banco Santander and Lloyds Banking Group served as book runners.

Virgin Money Holdings is ultimately owned by CYBG PLC.
