HSBC Bank issues £750M in international bonds

U.K.-based HSBC Bank PLC issued international bonds totaling £750 million, Cbonds reported May 22.

The floating-rate notes mature May 29, 2030, and carry a current coupon rate of 3%.

HSBC acted as the book runner on the issuance.

HSBC Holdings PLC is the parent of HSBC Bank.
