Report: Hines nears £330M deal to sell Amazon building in London

Norway's sovereign wealth fund is closing in on a deal with privately held real estate company Hines Interests LP to acquire the latter's Amazon.com Inc.-leased office property in London for approximately £330 million, Bloomberg reported, citing undisclosed sources.

The Sixty London building in the Farringdon district would be the fund's second office property acquisition in the city in 2018.

Spokesmen for both parties did not comment on the matter, according to Bloomberg.
