Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Inc. on May 22 filed a Form 10-Q to regain compliance with the NYSE continued listing requirements.
The NYSE informed the company May 16 that it failed to comply with its continued listing requirements under the timely filing criteria established in Section 802.01E of the NYSE-listed company manual because it did not file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31 by May 15, according to a Form 8-K filed May 22.
Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings said the delay in filing the Form 10-Q resulted from management's determination that it was necessary to allow management to focus on completing the annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2017.
