Freddie Mac prices $1.1B structured pass-through certificates offering

Freddie Mac's Freddie Mac Multifamily priced its offering of about $1.1 billion in structured pass-through certificates expected to settle on or about Dec. 20.

The certificates are backed by multifamily mortgages on seniors housing properties. This is Freddie Mac's 10th structured pass-through certificates offering backed exclusively by seniors housing properties.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are the co-lead managers and joint book runners of the offering. Academy Securities Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., Nomura Securities International Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the co-managers.
