Heska acquires 2 Spanish providers of animal diagnostic products

Loveland, Colo.-based Heska Corp. acquired animal healthcare equipment providers CVM Diagnostico Veterinario SL and CVM Ecografía SL.

The CVM companies have 25 years of experience of providing imaging and blood testing products to the companion animal market in Spain.

Heska's president and CEO, Kevin Wilson, said the acquisition is "exactly what we were looking for to expand Heska into Spain."

Heska provides veterinary diagnostic and specialty healthcare products that include point of care laboratory testing instruments and consumables as well as producing private label vaccine and pharmaceuticals.
