Intesa agrees to sell €75M debt portfolio to Polish debt collector's unit

Polish debt collector KRUK Spólka Akcyjna's Italian unit, ItaCapital, signed a binding agreement to purchase a debt portfolio from Intesa Sanpaolo SpA.

The portfolio includes unsecured consumer loans, and its total nominal value amounts to around €75 million, Kruk said in a Dec. 20 filing.
