Qatar National Bank issues $1B in floating-rate notes

Qatar National Bank (QPSC) issued a $1 billion international bond, Cbonds reported.

The floating-rate notes are due Feb. 7, 2020, and carry a coupon of 1.35% plus the three-month London Interbank Offered Rate, according to the Feb. 1 report.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch served as sole book runner on the issuance.
