Valero Energy CFO to retire; successor named

Donna Titzman was elected by the board of Valero Energy Corp. to succeed Michael Ciskowski as the company's executive vice president and CFO, effective May. 3.

Ciskowski will be retiring from the company, also effective May 3, after serving as executive vice president and CFO since 2003. Titzman, currently senior vice president and treasurer, has been with the company since 1986, according to a Feb. 7 news release.

Valero Energy, through its subsidiaries, is an international manufacturer and marketer of transportation fuels and other petrochemical products.
