HSBC Holdings PLC hired Oki Ramadhana in a senior investment banking role in Indonesia, "people with knowledge of the matter" told Bloomberg News.
Ramadhana is expected to begin his tenure with the U.K. lender as soon as April, subject to approval from Indonesia's financial regulator, according to the sources.
Ramadhana joins from Morgan Stanley, where he has worked for more than six years and most recently as president director of the U.S. lender's Indonesian investment bank, according to his LinkedIn profile.
