South Africa's MultiChoice adds new channels to OTT service

pay TV operator MultiChoice added new channels to its DStvNow streaming platform, NexTV News Africa & Middle East reported April 12.

DStv Now userscan now access channels BBC Brit, BBC First, BBC Lifestyle, BBC Earth, BBCWorld News, CBeebies, ITV Choice, Studio Universal, Universal, Africa MagicWorld, Africa Magic Family, Africa Magic Urban, Lifetime, EVA, Telemundo, ZeeWorld, History, Nick Junior, Nick Toons, Jim Jam and TRACE Urban, bringingDStv's total live channels to 46.

DStv Now isalso offering premium channels such as M-Net, M-Net Edge, M-Net Movies Premiereand several SuperSport channels.

DStv Nowcan be viewed via PCs, laptops and mobile devices, yet only premium subscriberswith active personal video recorder decoder can access live channels and catch-upcontent, according to the report.
