Insurance moves: Tokio Marine Holdings taps global head of cyber risk

Marshall & Sterling Insurance Inc. promoted Jeanne Maloy, Greg Townsend and Ken Grey to senior vice presidents.

Maloy, who was elected a board member in 2018, was from the company's Scotia, N.Y., office. Townsend, also a director, was from the Middletown, N.Y., office, while Grey was from the Leeds, N.Y., office.

The company also promoted Chris Harris, Yvonne McCrea, Katy Pagano, Dan Round and Tim Tarpey to vice presidents.

Harris serves as branch manager of the Kingston, N.Y., office. McCrea is director of personal lines, while Pagano is director of loss control. Round serves as senior sales executive in the Scotia office, while Tarpey is branch manager of the Poughkeepsie, N.Y., offices.

Property and casualty

Tokio Marine Holdings Inc. appointed Daljitt Barn to the newly formed position of global head of cyber risk, effective Sept. 3.

Barn, who is based in London, will lead the development of the insurer's cyber strategy. He previously worked at Munich Re, where he helped form the cyber team within corporate underwriting.

Luis Urcia left as director of National Reinsurance Corp. of the Philippines, effective Aug. 31.
