$500M mixed-use development in Houston to break ground in 2019

Houston-based McNair Interests will break ground in 2019 on a mixed-use project at the intersection of Richmond Ave. and Post Oak Blvd. in Houston that is expected to cost about $500 million, the Houston Business Journal reported, citing CEO Cary McNair.

According to the report, the 1.2 million-square-foot project will include an approximately 350,000-square-foot class A office tower, about 30,000 square feet of upscale retail and a 150-room Rosewood Hotel.

Delivery is expected in 2023, the publication noted.
