ANI Pharmaceuticals shareholders elect 3 directors

ANI Pharmaceuticals Inc. shareholders elected three new members to the Baudette, Minn.-based pharmaceutical company's board.

Thomas Haughey, David Nash and Patrick Walsh were elected at the company's annual meeting to replace outgoing board members Fred Holubow, Tracy Marshbanks and Daniel Raynor.

Haughey was general counsel and secretary at Par Pharmaceutical, which is owned by Endo International PLC, from 2003 through 2016. He was also the company's president in 2011-2012 and most recently was chief administrative officer from 2012 to 2016.

Nash is the founding dean of the Jefferson College of Population Health on the campus of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Previously, he was the chairman of the Department of Health Policy of the Jefferson Medical College for 2003-2008.

Walsh has been the CEO of Avista Pharma Solutions in Durham, N.C., since 2015.
