Global Blockchain Technologies Corp. completed its acquisition of game developer X2 Games Corp.

Global Blockchain Technologies issued 330,519,541 common shares at 15 Canadian cents apiece in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding shares of X2 Games for a total purchase price of C$49.6 million.

X2 Games merged with 1183493 B.C. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Blockchain Technologies.

Following completion of the acquisition, 1183493 became X2 Games Corp.
