Commonwealth Bank of Australia issued HK$608.0 million of Tier 2 subordinated notes.

The callable fixed to floating rate bonds are due 2027. The notes were issued under the bank's euro medium-term note program.

In case a nonviability trigger event occurs, the notes may be converted into fully paid ordinary shares of the bank.
