Citizens Financial Group prices $750M of subsidiary's senior notes

Citizens Financial Group Inc. priced offerings of its subsidiary's senior notes.

Providence, R.I.-based Citizens Bank NA is offering $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.700% notes and $250 million of its floating-rate notes. The floating-rate notes will pay an interest equal to three-month LIBOR plus 0.95%.

Both are due 2023 and are being offered under the bank's $8.0 billion global bank note program.

The offerings are expected to close March 29. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Citizens Capital Markets Inc. serve as the offerings' underwriters.
