ViewRay Inc. appointed Scott Huennekens and Daniel Moore to its board.
The additions coincide with David Bonita and Mark Gold's decision to step down from the Cleveland-based company's board.
"We believe that Dan and Scott's deep operational experience with fast-growing medical device companies will be invaluable as we seek to bring the benefits of the MRIdian Linac system to patients around the world," ViewRay President and CEO Chris Raanes said in a statement.
Huennekens is the head of Verb Surgical Inc., a joint venture backed by Johnson & Johnson and Alphabet Inc.'s Verily Life Sciences LLC.
Moore is the former CEO of Cyberonics Inc., which merged with Sorin S.p.A. to create LivaNova in 2015. He is the board chairman of LivaNova PLC.
ViewRay markets the MRIdian radiation therapy system for cancer patients.
