New York Life CFO to retire in Q2

John Fleurant will retire as CFO of New York Life Insurance Co. in the second quarter.

Joel Steinberg, currently chief risk officer, will become interim CFO upon Fleurant's retirement while the company searches for a permanent replacement.

Also, Liz Brill was appointed senior vice president and chief actuary. She has been serving as deputy chief actuary.
