White Eagle Property Group purchases Birmingham, Ala., apartment complex

White Eagle Property Group LLC acquired a 288-apartment complex in Birmingham, Ala., for $43.7 million, the Birmingham Business Journal reported.

The real estate business received financing of approximately $34.3 million from Capital One NA for the transaction, the report said, citing Jefferson County public records.

The residential asset, which will be rebranded as The Oxmoor, includes a pool, fitness center, outdoor lounge and fire pit, and a dog park.

White Eagle said in a statement that it is searching for more multifamily properties in the Southeast.
