MedX Health Corp. said it extended the closing of additional tranches of the previously announced private placement until July 7.
The company planned to raise up to C$3 million from a brokered private placement of units on a best-efforts basis, priced at 12 Canadian cents apiece.
Each unit comprises 1 common share and 1 common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire 1 common share at any time for a period of three years from the date of the closing at an exercise price of 20 cents per share.
The company closed the first tranche of the offering April 21 by issuing 6,948,333 units for aggregate gross proceeds of C$833,800.
Wildlaw Capital Markets Inc. is serving as the agent for the placement.
