Integra Resources Corp. whose primary focus is on the DeLamar gold and silver project in southwestern Idaho, said Aug. 7 that it increased the size of its nonbrokered offering of special warrants to about C$12 million from the previously expected C$8 million, which will be used to fund exploration and engineering expenditures and for general corporate purposes.
The exploration includes an additional 15,000 to 20,000 meters of drilling. The project consists of the neighboring DeLamar and Florida Mountain gold and silver deposits.
On Aug. 6, the company said the private placement of special warrants will be priced at 86 Canadian cents apiece, and the transaction is expected to close before Aug. 26.
