Banco Panameño de la Vivienda readies bond offering worth $7.5M

Banco Panameño de la Vivienda SA on March 15 will offer two series of commercial securities, worth a total of $7.5 million, within the framework of its $50.0 million issuance program.

The series CK bonds, worth $2.5 million, have a term of six months and a 3.375% interest rate. The bank will also offer series CL notes worth $5.0 million, yielding at a 3.75% interest rate and maturing in one year.

Both series will be issued March 17.

The company will use the funds to finance the expansion of its productive assets.
