Liberty Property sells Minneapolis office and land for $28.6M

Liberty Property Trust sold a 350,000-square-office building and approximately 40 acres of developable land outside Minneapolis to Eagle Ridge Partners LLC for $28.6 million, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported, citing a certificate of real estate value.

Liberty Property previously began construction of an office building on the land in Eden Prairie but stopped due to the 2008 recession.

The office complex at the 6901 Flying Cloud Drive site is occupied by Bluestem Brands, according to the certificate.

Eagle Ridge could not be reached for comment, according to the report.
