Verdane Capital pulls in US$155M for technology fund

Verdane Capital raised about US$154.5 million for Verdane Capital X (D) AB from seven U.S. investors.

The investment vehicle has a fundraising target of approximately US$640.1 million.

The firm, through its funds, invests in technology-enabled growth companies across Northern Europe, particularly those operating in the software, consumer internet, energy and high-technology sectors. The firm is based in Oslo, with additional offices in Stockholm and Helsinki, according to its website.
