Core Industrial REIT withdraws planned €225M IPO

Irish industrial and logistics property company Core Industrial REIT PLC withdrew its planned €225 million IPO, citing prevailing market conditions, the Irish Times reported.

The offering was expected to close in March, the publication noted, citing market sources. The company had planned a dual listing in Dublin and London.

Core Industrial is backed by U.S. hedge fund York Capital, which planned to put roughly €83 million of its Irish industrial units into the company and sell about €18 million of shares in the IPO.
