Sunac China's December contracted sales grow by 25% YOY

Sunac China Holdings Ltd. posted a 25% year-over-year increase to around 55.64 billion Chinese yuan in its contracted sales for December.

The developer recorded about 3,972,000 square meters of contracted sales area for the same reporting period, with an average selling price of roughly 14,010 yuan per square meter.

Sunac China's contracted sales for 2019 also rose by 21% year over year to roughly 556.21 billion yuan, with contracted sales area of around 38,285,000 square meters.

The company had a contracted average selling price of about 14,530 yuan per square meter in the same 12-month period. The attributable contracted sales value amounted to 383.92 billion yuan, a Jan. 3 filing added.

As of Jan. 3, US$1 was equivalent to 6.97 Chinese yuan.
