Trammell Crow Residential Co. sold a 322-unit luxury apartment building in Denver's West Highland neighborhood for about $114.8 million, the Denver Business Journal reported, citing property records.
The residential portion of the building, which sits at the corner of West 38th Avenue and Lowell Boulevard, was bought by a limited liability company registered to the same address as Metlife Investment Management LLC's Whippany, N.J., headquarters. The retail section of the property is still owned by Sonrisa Holding LLC, the publication wrote.
Neither MetLife Investment nor Trammell responded to requests for comment from the Denver Business Journal.
