* MGS Associates sold a portfolio of 14 multifamily buildings in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan in New York, totaling over 320,000 square feet across 341 units, for $60 million to a partnership between multifamily investors Eden Ashourzadeh, Alex Kahen and Alex Hajibay, The Real Deal reported.

* FBE Ltd. sold a development site with 370,000 buildable square feet at 4650 Broadway in New York for $55 million to Hello Living, which plans to build a mixed-use development with 272 residential units, 49,000 square feet of commercial space and 140,000 square feet for a community facility, The Real Deal reported.

* Starwood Capital Group, through an affiliate, plans to build a 144,430-square-foot office and retail building at 2318, 2322 and 2340 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach, Fla., which will likely be the site of the company's new headquarters, The Real Deal reported.

* The Jim Pattison Group Inc. plans to build the Beachline Commerce Park, comprising two 120,000-square-foot, three-story buildings on about 21 acres northeast of John Young Parkway and State Road 528, in an approximately $48 million project in Orlando, Fla., the Orlando Business Journal reported, citing state records.

* Waste Management Inc. pre-leased 284,000 square feet across nine floors at the 35-story Capitol Tower building, which has 754,000 square feet of office space, at 800 Capitol St. in downtown Houston from Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc.
