Fifth Street Asset Management declares cash distribution

Fifth Street Asset Management declared a cash distribution of $1.18 per share and a distribution in kind of 0.06783 share of Oaktree Specialty Lending Corp. per share.

The cash and kind distributions will be paid Jan. 30 to stockholders of record as of Jan. 21.

Fifth Street received $32.8 million of an original $32 million cash escrow account that was established in connection with its asset sale to Oaktree on Oct. 17, 2017. The distribution represents a majority of the remaining assets.

Fifth Street's board expects to make one or more additional distributions during 2020 with a final liquidating distribution in December.
