Aquiline-backed ClearCourse acquires CRM software provider BrightOffice

London-based ClearCourse Partnership LLP is expanding its business services portfolio with the acquisition of BrightOffice Ltd., a software-as-a-service company focused on enterprise customer relationship management software solutions.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Established in 2004, BrightOffice serves roughly 300 clients in various sectors including financial services, energy, training and job management, and property. Founder Paul Groome will continue to run the company along with its management team.

ClearCourse is a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners LLC.
