Accenture plc on Oct. 20 completed its deal to acquire Cloud Sherpas LLC for a transaction value of $406.6 million.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC was the financial adviser for Accenture, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP was the legal adviser.
