Southeast Bank to raise 5B taka in bond issue

Southeast BankLtd. plans to issue nonconvertible subordinated bond with an issueprice of 5 billion Bangladeshi taka.

The bank said April 11 that it will issue the seven-yearbond to raise Tier 2 capital.

As of April 11, US$1was equivalent to 78.37 Bangladeshi taka.
