Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc issued an £800.0 million bond, Cbonds reported March 15.
The notes mature Sept. 19, 2026. They will carry a fixed-rate coupon of 2.875% until Sept. 19, 2025, when the coupon will reset to the equivalent of the prevailing midswap rate plus 1.49%, according to a March 15 term sheet.
The notes were issued at a price of 99.381%.
