Bellevue, Wash., office center sells for $115M

A new joint venture of PCCP LLC and URG purchased the Lincoln Executive Office Center in Bellevue, Wash., from Urban Renaissance Group LLC and Miller Global Properties for $114.5 million, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported, citing the companies' statement and a sales affidavit posted by King County.

The 297,500-square-foot property at 3380 146th Place on the north side of Interstate 90, 96% leased, was renamed Cascade Yard as part of the deal, the publication said.

The office building lobbies and systems were renovated, and an amenities center was added, which includes conference and training facilities, a fitness center and a café, the Puget Sound Business Journal noted.
