Mitsui Fudosan to develop 338-room hotel in Tokyo

Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd. is developing a Mitsui Garden Hotel-brand hotel in Tokyo's Chuo-ku area.

The 15-floor hotel tentatively named Ginza 5-Chome Hotel Project will sit on land owned by the company that spans 11,623.40 square feet and will have a gross floor area of 144,680.41 square feet. It will offer 338 rooms upon its scheduled opening in the fall of 2019, with Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management Co. Ltd. as its operator.

This will be the 10th Mitsui Garden hotel in Tokyo and it will add to the current lineup of the brand's 20 hotels across Japan, which have a total of 5,337 rooms.
