Fidelity National Information ups tender offer amount

Fidelity National Information Services Inc. has raised the tender offer amount for its outstanding 5.000% senior notes due 2025, 4.750% senior notes due 2048 and 4.500% senior notes due 2046 to about $812.0 million principal amount from $650 million.

As of 5:00 p.m. ET on Dec. 5, the aggregate principal amount tendered was $288.1 million for the 5.000% notes, $347.9 million for the 4.750% notes and about $176.0 million for the 4.500% notes.

The tender offer will expire at 11:59 p.m. ET on Dec. 19, unless extended or earlier terminated.
