Longfor Group's attributable profit climbs 28.9% YOY in FY'18

Longfor Group Holdings Ltd. said profit attributable to owners of the company for the full year ended Dec. 31, 2018, totaled 16.24 billion yuan, reflecting a gain of 28.9% from the 12.60 billion yuan recorded in the year-earlier period.

EPS for the reporting year also grew on an annual basis by 28.2% to 2.73 yuan from 2.13 yuan, while revenue rose 60.7% to 115.80 billion yuan from 72.08 billion yuan during the comparable period.

The Hong Kong-listed property company's total attributable comprehensive income for the period also climbed year over year to about 20.63 billion yuan from 16.17 billion yuan.

The company's board proposed a dividend of 69 fen per share for the second half of 2018. Combining the amount with the interim dividend of 30 fen per share, the company's total dividend for the financial year will amount to 99 fen per share, representing a 30.6% annual gain.

As of March 22, US$1 was equivalent to 6.72 yuan.
