Freddie Mac prices $489M offering of structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Mac priced an offering of approximately $489 million of structured pass-through certificates, which are backed by multifamily mortgages.

Expected to settle on or about Oct. 18, the K-G02 certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2019-KG02 Mortgage Trust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust will also issue certificates consisting of class X2-A, X2-B, B, C and R certificates, which will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac and will not back any class of K-G02 certificates.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are co-lead managers and joint book runners for the offering. Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., Mischler Financial Group Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) are co-managers.
