Mibanco Banco de la Microempresa SA plans to issue 10-year subordinated bonds worth up to 30 million Peruvian soles in the local market on June 12, the bank said in a securities filing.
The bonds, which will be auctioned June 9, will have a nominal value of 1,000 soles each. The issuance is part of the bank's second subordinated bonds program for up to 200 million soles.
Credicorp Capital Sociedad Agente de Bolsa SA will serve as the placing agent, the bank said.
As of June 7, US$1 was equivalent to 3.26 Peruvian soles.
