Blackstone Group Inc. is selling the office building at 1 York St. in Sydney for approximately A$300 million, The Australian reported Sept. 5.
The private equity giant acquired the leasehold tower in 2018 from Chinese conglomerate HNA Group Co. Ltd. for A$205 million.
The 25-story property, with a floor area of 859 square meters, has a net lettable area of 18,422 square meters and four levels of parking space for 125 cars.
