Blackmores Ltd. said its normalized net income for the fiscal third quarter ended March 31 amounted to A$11.3 million, an increase from A$5.0 million in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.
The normalized profit margin increased to 9.4% from 6.0% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue grew 41.9% year over year to A$119.5 million from A$84.2 million, and total operating expenses increased 34.3% on an annual basis to A$100.7 million from A$75.0 million.
Reported net income totaled A$12.2 million, compared with A$5.4 million in the year-earlier period.
