FCE Bank issues €750M in floating-rate notes

FCE Bank Plc issued €750 million in floating-rate notes, Cbonds reported March 29.

The notes mature Aug. 26, 2020, and carry a coupon of three-month EURIBOR plus 0.5%. The bonds were sold at an initial issue price of 100%.

Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Société Générale and UniCredit served as book runners on the deal.

Ford Motor Co. is the ultimate parent of FCE Bank.
