SocGen unit shuffles execs; Sberbank of Russia's head of operations departs

S&P Global Market Intelligence presents a daily roundup of management and board changes at financial institutions in Europe. This feature excludes C-level leadership changes and previously reported stories.

Société Générale

* French lender Société Générale SA's corporate and investment banking arm appointed Thomas Feuerstein and Pierre Troussel co-heads of equity capital markets for France, Belgium and Luxembourg. They will both report to Luis Vaz Pinto, global head of equity capital markets, and Jacques Bitton.

Bitton was named head of coverage & investment banking in France. He will report to Thierry d'Argent, deputy head of global banking and advisory.

Cécile Waymel was appointed head of client relationship unit for France, working under Jacques Bitton. Meanwhile, Jose-Antonio Gagliardi, head of equity syndicate, will take over Thomas Feuerstein's previous role as head of equity-linked.

The company also named Emilie O'Shea head of equity syndicate. O'Shea succeeds Jose-Antonio Gagliardi and will report to Luis Vaz Pinto.

Sberbank of Russia

* PAO Sberbank of Russia's senior vice president and head of operations, Natalia Dirks, is leaving after serving at the bank since 2010.

She will be replaced by Olga Bychkova, who serves as head of Sberbank's operational center, and Aleksey Serykh, who is director of national center for technical support.

Bychkova and Serykh will report to David Rafalovsky, who is senior vice president, head of technology block head and chief technology officer at the bank.
