Extraction Oil & Gas CFO to step down

Independent oil and gas company Extraction Oil & Gas Inc. announced the resignation of its CFO Russell Kelley Jr., effective Sept. 15, to pursue other interests.

The company's board named Tom Brock principal financial officer while also continuing as vice president, chief accounting officer, according to a Sept. 4 press release.

In addition, Extraction appointed Marianella Foschi vice president, finance, effective Sept. 15. Foschi was the director of finance since 2015.
