Chile's Caja Los Andes restructures management divisions

Santiago, Chile-based Caja de Compensación de Asignación Familiar de Los Andes has appointed two executives as part of a restructuring of management divisions, according to a filing from the company.

Caja Los Andes, as the company is known, said it is restructuring the existing RM channels and regional operations management units into two new departments. The first one, business and segments, will be led by Roberto Carter, while the new channels department will be overseen by Francisco Zañartu. The restructuring takes effect Oct. 1.

Additionally, Fernando Araya Remagni resigned as the company's manager of corporate benefits and financial products and was replaced by Mabel Osses Soto, according to the filing.

Caja Los Andes manages social security benefits for individuals and companies in Chile, and also provides mortgages, savings accounts and insurance products.
