TSH Corp. H2 profit falls YOY

TSH Corp. Ltd said its normalized net income for the second half amounted to S$384,620, a fall of 5.0% from S$404,730 in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue increased 13.8% on an annual basis to S$19.1 million from S$16.8 million, and total operating expenses rose 17.4% year over year to S$19.7 million from S$16.8 million.

Reported net income totaled a loss of S$5.5 million, or a loss of 2 cents per share, compared to income of S$713,910, or 0 cents per share, in the prior-year period.

For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled S$98,500, compared with income of S$605,350 in the prior year.

Full-year total revenue increased 58.0% from the prior-year period to S$39.5 million from S$25.0 million, and total operating expenses rose 65.2% year over year to S$41.1 million from S$24.9 million.

The company said reported net income totaled a loss of S$6.3 million, or a loss of 3 cents per share, in the full year, compared with income of S$1.0 million, or 0 cents per share, the prior year.

As of April 13, US$1 was equivalent to S$1.35.
