AG2R La Mondiale issues $530M bond

French insurer SGAM AG2R La Mondiale issued a $530 million bond, Cbonds reported Jan. 23.

The notes, with an initial issue price of 100%, carry a coupon of 5.875% until Jan. 26, 2027, after which they will carry a coupon equivalent to the five-year dollar swap rate plus 4.482%. The bond will mature Jan. 26, 2047.

BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Natixis acted as book runners for the issuance.
